The Framework
Client-Centric Development—Coaching to make progress on what you determine to be the leadership/organizational challenges you face and the leadership growth to which you aspire
Discovery Dialog—Organic conversation with leadership development and application fostered by: assessments; leadership theory, philosophy, and practices; and/or experiential learning
Advisory Insight—Observation, interpretation, and perspective, from Erik’s leadership point of view as directly requested by you
Sessions are approximately 45 minutes in length, confidential, and can be engaged in person if feasible, by phone, or by video.

EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING FACILITATION
Prioritizing leadership and teaming development is critical for driving optimal team member contribution, engagement, performance, and organizational success. E.Crew ELC comprehensive developmental engagements, shaped by adult-learning principles, are delivered in 45 or 90 minute to half-day sessions tailor-made to address specific team member and/or team needs that are aligned with organizational needs/priorities.
