Founder, Erik Crew, EdD (ABD), ACC
Throughout my journeys within organizations and communities I have been continually driven by a fascination with the way leadership and team member behavior affects those environments. My personal motto, Transforming to Lead – Leading to Transform, underscores my belief that as individual leadership capacity and team effectiveness is elevated, more transformational and life-giving relationships, teams, and organizations are cultivated and sustained. In light of this, I believe the work should be built upon, and operate from, these pillars:
E.Crew Executive Leadership Coaching is a boutique services provider specializing in executive leadership coaching, team effectiveness consulting, and experiential learning facilitation and has partnered with stakeholders in these organizations and more:
I created E.Crew Executive Leadership Coaching (E.Crew ELC) to be an invaluable partner for leaders and teams in building leadership muscle and stronger teamwork, focusing on practices and outcomes that really move the needle and matter.
E.Crew ELC is especially good at helping leaders and teams iron out the wrinkles in their relationships and interactions, turn conflict into opportunities for learning and growth, think differently, and dream big. The secret ingredient? A genuine passion for meaningful change and well-being. The goal? To boost leadership capacity, elevate team member engagement, and cultivate a thriving workplace environment.
Baked into the ethos of E.Crew Executive Leadership Coaching is the invaluable knowledge and experience gained serving within a large, enterprise system as an Organizational Development Practitioner, Leadership Development Consultant, and Leadership Coach. I specialized in highly personalized leadership coaching, providing organizational consultative services (including 360 debrief, talent review/succession planning, employee engagement review, listening strategies, and tactical recommendations), and delivering leadership development experiences to foster dynamic leader and team member transformation.
Think of E.Crew ELC as a personalized and dedicated asset deeply interested in and committed to helping you overcome your biggest challenges and realize your biggest aspirations. Crafting custom-fit strategies for engineering necessary change and a commitment to fostering a safe space to explore, grow, and develop is the driving force of the work.
I am a Doctoral Candidate (ABD) in Interdisciplinary Leadership at Creighton University focusing my dissertation research on executive navigation of Top Management Team conflict generated in the context of collective, strategic decision-making. I also hold a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with the Certificate of Servant-Leadership from Gonzaga University. In addition, I hold the International Coach Federation Associate Certified Coach designation along with certifications in assessments and team coaching.
I enjoy cycling, hiking, reading early US history, keeping updated on current events, and watching college football. My wife and I enjoy serving in the community, connecting with friends, and experiencing our city’s top-notch entertainment and cultural amenities.
